Emily began her journey in veterinary medicine in 2021 as a first-time veterinary assistant, stepping into the field with determination and a deep passion for animal care. Over time, her confidence and skills grew, and she now proudly serves as the Lead Veterinary Assistant. In this role, she not only supports patient care but also mentors and trains current and new assistants, an opportunity she values as a way to share her experience and help others grow in the field she loves.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her two dogs, her loyal pitbull named Onyx and a playful mixed breed named Xabi. She also finds joy in playing Fortnite with her boyfriend or relaxing with her family and close friends. Veterinary medicine holds a special place in her heart, and she knows it’s exactly where she’s meant to be.
